අනන්ද සහ නාලන්දා විද්‍යාලවල ඉගෙන ගන්නා (?) සහ ඉගෙනගත් (?) අය හිතා ඉන්නෙත් කියන්නෙත් මේ රට ජාතිය බුද්ධාගම බේරාගෙන පෝෂණය කළේ කරන්නෙ ඒ අය ය කියල නෙ. අනිත් අතට රාජකීය විද්‍යාලයය කියන්නෙ ඔවුන්ගෙ මතය අනුව ක්‍රිස්තියානි පරිසරයක් ඇති විජාතික ගැති පුද්ගලයන් බිහි කළ, කරන තැනක් නෙ. ඉතින් මේ බුද්ධාගම බේරගත්ත වීරයන්ගෙ බෞද්ධ දරු කැල පොළු මුගුරු අරගෙන බල්ලෝ කිය කිය කෑ ගගහ කළ මොට්ට වැඩේම රාජකීය විද්‍යාලයයෙ සිසුනුත් මෙයට පෙර කරල තියෙනව කියන එක මේ සිද්ධියට අදාළ වෙන්නෙ කොහොමද උපාසක මහත්තයො? තමන්ට වරදක් කළ පුද්ගලයෙකුටම වුණත් පහර දීම, බල්ලා බූරුවා කියා අපහාස කිරීමට තැත් කිරීම බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සෙ අනුදැන වදාළෙ කොයි සූත්‍ර දේශනාවෙදිද කියල ඔය උපාසක මහත්තයම පැහැදිළි කළොත් හොඳයි.

එහෙමනම් මේකට හේතුව උප්පත්ති දෝෂයක්වත් ද? ආගම බුද්ධාගම වුණත් ගම මරියකඩේ නෙ නේද?

the biggest issue happened in 1990 where Nalanda had consecutively won 10 matches under the captaincy of Kumara Dharmasena and Royal was captained by Nigel Fernando. This match was played at the Royal grounds and Nalanda was tipped to win this match as they had already beaten St Thomas,Trinity, St Sebastians, St Peters etc those formidable teams. when Nigel fernando’s wicket fell as the 3rd wicket at 20 runs on the board, all Royal students who were near the boundary came to the field and grabbed the wickets forcing Kumar Dharmasena and the team run to the pavillion to evade being attacked. The match was abondoned and Police had to take Nalanda team out of Royal with protection and the repurcussions started as a result of that continued for almost 02 weeks where Royal,Ananda,Nalanda schools had to be closed and the govenment appointed a peace making committee comprised of the great old boys of the 03 schools to settle this. Royal students had to go on hiding and this even Spread to tution classes in Nugegoda Rotary, Railway Avenue etc.Ananda-Nalanda got together and started attacking Royalist who could not meet the numbers of this coalition. Actually Nalanda could not set up a record but equalled the most outright wins held by Ananda which was 10 (this was tipped to be their 11th win)This is just to highlight the facts only without mentioning who was right or wrong for those who don’t know about the past of the origin of these clashes among these 03 schools. I was there in 90 witnessing the match and put this on record for those who don;t know about the origin of this issue.

You are talking about the prominent racists who studied at these schools. I think mal maama is talking about the ordinary past pupils and their views.
